Elements and Performance Criteria

1. Plan and prepare work
   • Safety issues are identified, in accordance with Work, Health and Safety (WHS)/Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations, legislative requirements, industry standards and workplace procedures
   • Work requirements are identified from appropriate personnel and documentation, in accordance with workplace procedures
   • Documentation to determine dual fuel firing plant status is assessed and evaluated, in accordance with workplace procedures
   • Inspection, pre-operational tests and field preparations for dual fuel firing service are carried out, in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations and workplace procedures
   • Dual fuel firing plant operational prerequisites are established, in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations and workplace procedures
   • Sequence for recommissioning of dual fuel firing plant is determined, in accordance with workplace procedures and site requirements
2. Work requirements are identified from appropriate personnel and documentation, in accordance with workplace procedures
3. Documentation to determine dual fuel firing plant status is assessed and evaluated, in accordance with workplace procedures
4. Inspection, pre-operational tests and field preparations for dual fuel firing service are carried out, in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations and workplace procedures

15. Analyse duel fuel firingplant faults
    • Causes of abnormal duel fuel firing plant operating conditions are identified, in accordance with workplace procedures, by analysing technical and operational information
16. Corrective action is taken, in accordance with workplace procedures
17. Duel fuel firing plant integrity and personnel safety is maintained, in accordance with workplace procedures and through consultation with appropriate personnel and technical and operational documentation
18. Monitor and inspect duel fuel firingplant
    • Duel fuel firing plant to be monitored and inspected is physically identified
19. Duel fuel firing plant is monitored and inspected for normal operation, in accordance with workplace procedures to detect deviations
20. Appropriate personnel are notified when defects are detected, in accordance with workplace procedures
21. Complete documentation
    • Duel fuel firing plant problems, movements, and status are reported, in accordance with workplace procedures
22. Documentation is updated, in accordance with workplace procedures
